Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ArunaMystic experience. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging and complete
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • A $20 processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Custom-made personalized products
  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted/promotional products (returns not accepted)

Product Defect or Damaged Delivery:

If your product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent, you must notify us at info@arunamystic.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In this case:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us
  • No processing fee is charged
  • Free exchange or full refund is provided

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at info@arunamystic.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. After your return request is evaluated, you'll receive approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the product in its original packaging, complete
  4. Share the tracking number with us

Important Note: Subjective reasons such as "I didn't like it", "not as expected", "not suitable for gift" are subject to the processing fee. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and images before placing an order.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the product, the remaining amount after deducting the $20 processing fee will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.

Exchange: You may request a product exchange instead of a return. In this case, no processing fee will be charged.
